I'm a hobby cook with fifteen years in the hotel and restaurant world, working in five-star establishments. I hold a degree and licence as a service instructor, but today I make my living in IT.

My sailing history goes back to childhood, as a boy scout in the marine division. There was a long pause — until I got bitten again by the amazing world of our archipelago and the charm of the Mediterranean.

Cooking on a boat for a crew is always a special thing, and I wanted to make it easier for anyone sailing. I started with a simple one-day recipe booklet, and after years I found this fantastic way of building an app with all the knowledge I've gathered.

I wanted to prove that you can make a luxury dinner on a boat with minimum equipment — as long as you have the right ingredients and helpful instructions. So everyone can be the chef.
